Silvestica 2 with subsidiaries is managed by CRK Forest Management AB, a Swedish-owned company with long experience and high expertise in the forestry industry, whose sole mission is to manage the two Silvestica groups. CRK was started in 2017 and the three owners have very long experience in the forest industry in acquisitions and qualified management.
CRK Forest Management AB specializes in forestry as capital investment and work with advice and conduct forest real estate transactions on behalf of investors.
CRK Forest Management AB is responsible for the acquisition and management of the forest assets as well as the financial reporting to the investors. They are specialists in forests as a capital investment and work with acquisition advice and forest management.
The organization consists of some of Sweden’s more experienced and well-known forest and property players with a large network of contacts and many years of experience in forest management in the Baltic Sea area.
