Silvestica 2 Green Forest AB ("Silvestica 2")
Silvestica 2 Green Forest AB (Silvestica2) is a forest company founded by SEB and CRK Forest Management in the summer of 2021.
Silvestica 2 invests in the asset class “forestry” through the acquisition of forest real estate in Sweden, Finland and the Baltic States.
Silvestica 2 shall manage and improve its forest ownership in a responsible and sustainable manner in order to achieve strong increases in value and stable direct yields within the framework of SEB’s Sustainability Policy and in accordance with SEB’s Industry Policy for forest management. Silvestica 2 Sustainability Policy is established by the board and includes the criteria that guide corporate governance.
Forest holdings are certified by the forest certification systems FSC® (FSC-C105738) and PEFC (PEFC/05-22-19) whose criteria are guiding the forestry industry towards a comprehensive environmental stewardship and social responsibility.
Silvestica 2s forest holdings are managed by CRK Forest Management AB.
