Silvestica 2 invests in the asset class “forestry” by acquiring forest real estate and forest entities in Sweden, Finland and the Baltic States.

The business operations are managed by CRK Forest Management AB (CRK). The assignment involves actively identifying suitable acquisition targets, conducting transactions and managing the forest holdings.

The operation will focus on the acquisition of forest land through a dialogue with the major forest owners as well as the properties that are on offer on the real estate market in the countries around the Baltic Sea.
